“Total Eclipse” tells a story of the unusual reception of the total solar eclipse of 1999 in Yugoslavia, as witnessed by its citizens shortly after the bombing of the country in the spring of that year. Emergency measures were introduced to protect the population from the harmful effects of the eclipse, resulting in a countrywide lockdown.
